Navigate Up WE - A Convenient URL Navigation Tool
Navigate Up WE is a useful browser add-on that allows users to easily navigate up one or more levels of the URL path. This alternative no-restart version of the Navigate Up add-on is implemented using the new WebExtensions API and is available for both Firefox and Chrome.
After installation, a new green 'up-arrow' button will appear on the main toolbar. Clicking on this button allows users to navigate up one level or up to the root level of the URL. Additionally, users can double-click on the button to quickly navigate up to the root level.
For more convenient access, Navigate Up WE also provides context menu and button menu options. Users can right-click on the page contents or the toolbar button to open the menu and select the desired navigation option.
Keyboard shortcuts are also available, allowing users to navigate up by simply pressing Alt+U.
